"This drink is to be used in place of store-bought sport drinks filled with unrecognizable ingredients. Regular cherry juice can be used in place of tart cherry juice if desired. Coconut water can also be added."

- 3 cups tart cherry juice (such as Knudsen®)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot until salt is dissolved, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir cherry juice and lemon juice into salted water. Remove pot from heat and chill in refrigerator, about 4 hours.
