This is a light Thai noodle dish. The many flavors used in this dish like garlic, ginger, chicken and vegetables infuse the gentle noodles making it a delicious one pot meal that is super easy to make. Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
 - 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
 - 4 cloves garlic, crushed
 - 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - 1 tablespoon gluten-free all purpose baking flour
 - 1 tablespoon fish oil
 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
 - 1 (6.75 ounce) package rice noodles
 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
 - 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 bunch green onions, sliced
 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
 - 1 fresh red chile pepper, finely chopped (optional)
 - 2 cups bean sprouts
 - 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
