"These delicious oven-roasted sweet potatoes are seasoned with garlic, cumin, and paprika. Coconut oil gives an added layer of flavor."

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Arrange sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet. Drizzle coconut oil over the sweet potatoes; season with cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
