"This is one of my favorite drinks to make after a run. I always keep my freezer stocked with frozen fruit (no sugar or additives added). Frozen fruit makes a great healthy chilled drink that even kids will enjoy. For a thinner consistency add more milk."
Ingredients :
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt, or more to taste
- 1 banana
Instructions :

- Blend milk, blueberries, raspberries, mango, and yogurt together in a blender until smooth. Add banana and blend until smooth.
