Apple-Raisin Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients :

  • 8 apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 cups water, or to taste
  • 1 (15 ounce) package raisins
  • 1 (14 ounce) package unseasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste

Instructions :

Prep : 20M Cook : 12M Ready in : 3H20M
  • Mix apples, water, raisins, stuffing mix, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Stir more water into the apple mixture to get to your desired level of moistness.

Notes :

  • When cooking stuffing inside turkey, assure it reaches a safe temperature. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
